How Shipping Works

AfreeKart uses a zone-based shipping system with transparent pricing. Shipping fees are calculated based on the distance between seller and buyer, plus the weight and size of items.

Seller must ship and provide tracking within 3 days, or order may be cancelled

Typical delivery times:

  • Same City: 1-2 days
  • Same State: 2-3 days
  • Interstate: 3-7 days

3-day protection period begins. Buyer should inspect and confirm receipt.

One Fee Per Seller

When ordering multiple items from the same seller, you only pay one shipping fee. The fee is based on the combined weight of all items.

Example: Buy 3 items (0.5kg each) from one seller = 1.5kg total = base shipping fee applies

Multi-Seller Orders

When ordering from multiple sellers in one cart:

  • Each seller's items are grouped separately
  • Shipping is calculated per seller group
  • You can see the breakdown in your cart
  • Items ship separately from each seller

Shipping Fee Limits

  • Minimum shipping fee: $1.00 USD
  • Maximum shipping fee: $100.00 USD
  • Maximum weight per shipment: 100kg

These limits ensure fair pricing for all items, from lightweight accessories to heavy appliances.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Document the damage with photos/videos
  2. Open a dispute through the order page
  3. Our team will review and resolve within 24-48 hours
  4. If the seller is at fault, you will receive a full refund
